Questions

  • If you’d like to know more, feel free to make an enquiry, either via the form on the contacts page or email me at susie@oxfordshire-counselling.co.uk

I’ll then be in touch to offer a free phone consultation to explore why you’re seeking counselling, what you hope to gain from it, and how we might work together. It also offers you the chance to ask any questions you may have.

  • In our first meeting together, we will look at how counselling sessions will work, and go over the counselling contract, which I will ask you to sign. We will then begin to look at the issues you wish to bring.

  • Sessions last an hour, usually at the same time each week.

  • Sessions are open ended - how many you have will depend on your needs and how you feel you’re progressing. However, to ensure counselling remains therapeutic and beneficial for you, we will have regular reviews to ensure we’re working to your goals. If I feel you might benefit from a differently skilled professional, I may refer you elsewhere.

  • I offer in-person sessions in Eynsham, based in the premises of Nuance Counselling - www.nuancecounselling.co.uk. I also offer sessions online.

I currently have availability on a Tuesday (online) or Wednesday (online or in-person) day-time. I don’t currently offer evening or weekend sessions.

  • My phone consultation is free of charge.

My fees are £50 for each hour session. I ask that payment is made on the day of each session.

I offer a limited number of concessionary rates.
